In her practice, Petra focuses primarily on public sector law, public procurement, the legal aspects of projects financed by European Union funds, and state aid. She provides clients with legal advice on the preparation and implementation of public procurement procedures, the structuring of contractual relationships, audits, administrative proceedings, and the management of legal and audit risks associated with public funding. She also prepares legal analyses, opinions, and contractual documentation in the areas of commercial and administrative law.
