Focus:
Roman specializes in real estate law and comprehensive legal management of development projects as well as public sector investment projects. He guides clients through the entire investment lifecycle—from property law settlement and due diligence, through the application of international FIDIC contract standards, representation in permitting processes (EIA, building permits, expropriation, etc.), to final inspection, registration in the real estate cadastre, and drafting related contractual documentation for the transfer or lease of real estate. In addition to real estate law, he has extensive experience in litigation, where he represents clients in a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, in administrative litigation, as well as in matters of family law and inheritance law. He also applies his expertise in criminal law by defending clients and representing victims in criminal proceedings, and provides legal services in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring.
