Barbora specialises in public procurement law, family law, litigation, corporate law, various contractual matters and contractual relations. Within the public procurement law agenda, she is involved in the preparation of tender documents and legal advice in the public procurement process from the perspective of the contracting authority and prepares requests for redress, objections and other submissions for clients from the perspective of the bidder/offeror. As part of the litigation agenda, he participates in the preparation of lawsuits, other court filings and litigation strategies, as well as represents clients in court proceedings, including proceedings before administrative courts. As part of his focus, he also participates in the preparation of legal analyses, opinions, as well as the preparation of contractual documentation.
