Jakub is a specialist in European funding, the public sector, and consortium projects with over 10 years of experience. He focuses on the entire project lifecycle—from pipeline origination and proposal strategy through to implementation, reporting, and audit readiness. He has extensive experience with the Horizon Europe, Innovation Fund, and IPCEI programs, as well as with the preparation of applications, evaluation documents, and tender materials.
He led and coordinated complex international consortia, worked with cities, regions, and national authorities, and managed a project portfolio worth over €55 million. As a former National Contact Point for Horizon 2020, he provided expert advice to applicants, prepared strategic recommendations, and oversaw communication with European institutions.
He has extensive experience in public procurement, contract documentation, governance, and compliance. He possesses strong analytical skills, an excellent understanding of European policies, and many years of experience in developing grant strategies and preparing project proposals.
