The value of public contracts awarded annually in Poland is approximately €66 billion. A total of about 1 000 contracts worth about EUR 3 billion were awarded to foreign contractors in 2023, with the largest number of contracts awarded to contractors from Hungary, Germany and the Czech Republic. Dr.Jakub Krysa, PhD - attorney at law. For more than 10 years he has been representing clients (both contracting authorities and suppliers) in public procurement processes at all stages, including review procedures and court proceedings. He provides comprehensive legal assistance in the field of public procurement law, contract law and dispute resolution. He works in the IT, infrastructure, defence, energy, medical, pharmaceutical, waste management and smart cities sectors. In the field of public procurement he has worked with large Polish entities such as ZUS, ARiMR, COI, PGE, Tauron and PSE.
