Tomáš specialises in administrative law, state and minimum aid granted from public sources to companies, EU fund management, public procurement and the legal framework of regional and local development support. He has experience in representing clients before courts in litigation proceedings. In the context of project expertise, he has been coordinator of domestic and European scientific projects in the field of public procurement and EU cohesion policy. At the same time, he is a university lecturer and is engaged in teaching and research activities in economics and management.
