Karin specialises primarily in commercial law, including insolvency law, as well as real estate law and the corresponding litigation. In her legal practice within the commercial and civil law agenda, she mainly participates in the provision of legal advice to business entities and the preparation of various contractual documentation in contractual relations.

In 2024, after successfully passing the bar examinations, she was entered in the list of advocates maintained by the SAK.
