At the same time, for reviews , the trader will have to ensure that these are only published by actual customers who have bought or used the product. At the same time, the information obligations of traders are extended, but some obligations that were burdensome for traders are also deleted. A "second chance" mechanism is introduced. In terms of terminology, a number of new terms and definitions are introduced.
These and a number of other changes will need to be reflected in the general terms and conditions, complaints procedure, forms. At the same time, it is clear that these changes cannot be made by simply adopting the new model GTC if your business has been in operation for a longer period of time.
